- Free Home Energy Consultations with WattzOn. 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Civic Center Library or Rincon Library. Home energy consultation is a 45- to 60-minute conversation on how to save energy via habits and low-cost/no-cost changes. Appointments by email: livermore@wattzon.com.
- LIONESS Club welcomes new members. The Livermore Lioness Club welcomes new members on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Participating is a great way to meet local people. The Lioness are a service club that helps many worthy causes in the Tri-Valley areas. Lioness' main focuses are women, children, family issues and helping the blind. For information, 925-443-4543.

- Livermore Rodeo Patriot Day: Show support of our service men and women by wearing RED on Sunday! Check out the Wounded Warrior Project at http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org. The Lil Pardners Rodeo: Get to the grounds early to watch the special-needs children partake in a mock rodeo.
