- Vehicle reported stolen from another jurisdiction recovered 7:48 a.m. along 2800 Waverly Way.
- Vandalism logged 10:15 a.m. on 200 North I Street.
- Driving under the influence reported 6:20 p.m. Chestnut and O streets.
- Unlicensed motorist cited 6:40 p.m. Olivina and Rincon avenues.
- Controlled substance possession reported 11:15 p.m. on 4700 First Street.
- Public intoxication reported 12:28 a.m. along 2200 First Street.

- Stockton male, 35, arrested for suspected DUI and misdemeanor hit-and-run on El Charro Road and I-580. His companion, a Castro Valley male, 27, was arrested for alleged public intoxication.
