baloney. This is not what our money should be spent on and not what government is for. If peopleRead More need this then they need to provide for themselves. And statements like this are ridiculous “How can they care about teaching us, if they won’t care if a child dies under their care?”. But so many want to claim that taxpayer's money must protect them from almost everything. Baloney. Personal responsibility is what should be taught to all of our children.

Mr Pantomath, This child is responsible for himself. He does not even attend public school. AsRead More ignorant as the above statement sounds I hope you will never be put in a situation that you may require a life saving device. Most people that die from allergies are not aware they had them. A surprise bee sting can do it. We already have defibrillators placed for such other such emergencies. If you do find yourself in this position....well I'll miss you. God bless

I am appalled but not surprised at the outpouring of support. There are examples of falseRead More allegations against people of child abuse. However, generally speaking most false allegations derive from child custody battles, nasty divorces, payback for some perceived wrong, or when one child makes a statement interpreted by a school official of child abuse and suddenly every child is interviewed by amateurs. Nevertheless, the amount of false allegations is actually quite low by percentage. And, I agree with others who say that most child abusers are very charismatic, have served in a position of trust for some time, have earned the respect, trust and admiration of the parents, and who are very savvy when it comes to hiding their proclivities. It is only the media through movies and TV shows that portrays the pedophile as the creepy guy who lives alone, entices children from the front porch or a ratty van, or who skulks about the library offering candy to small children. I can say with some authority that the vast majority of child molest arrests are teachers, coaches, counselors, etc. who have chosen a career that intentionally places them in a position to spend time with their targets and who work very hard to earn the trust of all adults around them. It will be interesting to see more details as they emerge. This could be a false allegation, but I'd put my money on it having some level of truth purely based on statistics.
Willis July 25, 2014 at 12:14 pm
So much support, but no parent responding would let their child be alone with this guy anymore.

The reason for the e coli is all the duck droppings on S Beach. I was swimming 2 miles regularlyRead More with my triathlon group. We watched how the ptown workers clean up the poop. When your opinion is moronic, people will comment Ashley. There is no justification,Read More rationalization or excuse for putting a child's life in danger to gamble. She is disgusting and I hope she gets the book thrown at her.

"Phaley Nget, 37, was arraigned Thursday on two misdemeanor child endangerment charges in aRead More Pleasanton courtroom, where Judge Jacob Blea declared her a flight risk and ordered her held in custody until she can post $100,000 bail." But if Robert wont call the mother disgusting, I will be happy to do so. She is disgusting looking.

We need low cost and subsidized housing for Seniors and Veterans. The VA has said it has 4 billionRead More dollars for housing for veterans. Where is it? Who knows where to go to get it? I'm impressed. People can still willingly admit to waving their fanatic flag of either AmericanRead More political party? Unbelievable. Never mind that representatives and lawmakers of both parties are equally and miserably corrupt, on the take and incompetent. That doesn't seem to matter apparently. Both parties stink and need to be flushed, along with their yelling adherents, down the sewer. We'd all be better off for it. Personally I don't trust one goddamned thing that American politicians or their operatives say. Neither should you.
