Report of Unknown Person in House Unfounded
Police set up perimeter around residence after woman thought someone entered her home.
A woman who thought someone had entered her home set off a series of police activity before officers determined the report was unfounded, said Sgt. Erin Cole.
At 6:45 p.m. Monday, police were sent to the 4100 block of Florida Court, off Lincoln Avenue and near Hillcrest Avenue, for a report of an unknown person inside a residence.
Police then set up a perimeter around the home and waited for an Alameda County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit to help search the house.

No one was found during the search, Cole said.
Police cleared the area at 8 p.m.
