Police Log: Man Arrested 3 Times in 3 Days For Drunken Conduct

A 42-year-old man was arrested by police three times last week — including twice on the same day — for suspected public intoxication.

Gregory Soto was first arrested on July 28 at 12:45 p.m. on the 300 block of North K Street, according to logs.

His second arrest was 3 a.m. July 30 on the 1100 block of East Stanley Boulevard.

And less than 15 hours later, at 5:30 p.m., he was arrested for the third time, records state, at Rincon Avenue and Pine Street.

These busts mean at least two trips to the in Pleasanton for the suspect as court filings show arraignments for his drunk-and-disorderly charges are a day apart — Aug. 27 and 28.
