Police: Missing Livermore Teen Found

14-year-old Shyrll Fortner was reported missing Monday.

A Livermore teen reported missing Monday has been found, police said.

The Livermore Police Department issued the following statement Tuesday:

After an extensive search, Livermore Police Department found the juvenile, who was in good health.

Here's a previous press release provided by the Livermore Police Department:

14-year-old Shyrll Fortner of Livermore was reported missing on 12/10/12 by her mother. Fortner is described as a black female juvenile who is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 140 lbs, has brown eyes, and reddish brown hair.

It is unknown what clothing Fortner may be wearing or what her destination is. At this time it appears that Fortner is voluntarily missing, and may be suicidal.

This is great news. If she has mental health issues that could have caused her suicidal thoughts, I sincerely hope she gets the help and support she needs. Glad she's been found.

So you put on the Livermore patch that she has been found but how where we even suppose to know she was missing when there wasn't any information in the news or on the patch? Glad she's been found but I think it would have been nicer to know about her being missing also the day it happened. Maybe she would have gotten found earlier.

Why wasn't there an Amber Alert? Now that you got our curiosity, what's the entire story? Where was she found? I assume she was found alive and well? Please tell us more! Thank you
