A pair of Livermore residents accused of sex crimes are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, according to records.
Marie Johnson, a teacher, is accused of having sex with a former student.
Johnson, 41, faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under 18, oral copulation and committing a lewd act on a child, according to court records.

Johnson is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of a $950,000 bail.
She is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. in Department 703 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton.
Meanwhile, David Charles Garrison also is scheduled to appear at the Pleasanton court house Tuesday morning for a separate suspected sex crime.
Garrison, 37, was arrested in Livermore on April 22 on suspicion of sexually abusing a child under 14, court records show.
Garrison faces multiple child sex abuse charges, according to court records.
A police report said the victim told a detective that the alleged sex crimes have been going on for about two years.
Garrison is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $450,000 bail.
His hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. in Department 701.
