3 years that's it??? It makes me so upset!! Why did he get a plea deal? Well, by the time Bubba's done having his way with Ryan, in three years he'll come back out into our community looking for a young girl or boy to molest! I feel sick!!

I agree with you Nancy. This creep took advantage of a vulnerable child and trusting parents for his own physical gratification. And I doubt he will even spend 3 years of that sentence. He will probably be paroled in half that time. They also keep pedophiles separated from general prison population to keep them alive. If only justice could be done.

I swear this Judo Instructor is the same that was arrested in NYC 3 years back sodomizing a young girl while on a layover before taking them out of the country for a competition...he will never be stopped until locked away for good. See PleasantonWeekly.com from 2009 for article....and at that time it stated Arrested Again...so that wasn't his first time!!!

@Lisa L: Yes the Tri-Valley Herald ran a story the other day about the same guy. Apparently after he does 5 years in prison in California he will have do another 7 years in New York State for violating the terms of his parole. For, yes you got it right. forced sodomy on a child. Who's defending an admitted sex offender, Anon? You're in no position to judge a freakshow with behavior like that.
In my view, once you abuse a CHILD (this wasn't his first) you lose your rights. The tune I'm singing is named "Vicious Beating Followed by Prison Sex, Followed by Another Beating". It has normal, non-sex-offender-defending people tapping their toes!

NO, it wasn't the1st time this predator set his sights on one of our young girls. Both girls were on the same judo team and his MOTHER owned the judo studio where HE was a coach. She refused to believe it the first time although he was found guilty. He spent some months in a NY jail and came back to Livermore, resuming "coaching duties". I am close with the 2nd victim and her family and this has all but torn this family apart. The sad truth is that though he pled guilty, now everyone involved is feeling guilty also. I wish I could say anything so her mother stops blaming herself. NO ONE TO BLAME BUT RYAN!

This creep was, in my opinion, offered up these girl by his parents.How could they ever have allowed him to continue coaching LITTLE GIRLS after being caught in NY. Shame on them for enabling him and alienated the first girl, helping to convince the other judo students (teen girls) and their families that she made it all up. Which ABSOLUTELY not true!! Now, neither girl is involved with judo and they both had achieved many championship titles. He started coaching them when they were 7 or 8. What is the matter with these people these days? The larger the our population grows so does the number of complete mentally deranged and crazy monsters there are for all of us to have to deal with. Hope he gets the same "coaching" during his jail time.

Yes men should not have sex with minors we all know that is the truth but of course no one thinks of him being half the victim! Girls are vicious and crazy... It would not be a surprise if either girl came on to him and he stupidly have in which he shouldn't have said yes. he's sick for giving in IF all the stories are true. BUT there is a good chance the stories are twisted and not true. Certain aspects could be true but not all. For the first case he was not found guilty like by a jury as someone earlier stated and sodimy in newyork is different then here in Cali. And for case 2 when you know the girl and the drama she was going through with her current boyfriend it makes sense that is she was trying to scare him and said a name he would be scared of and it blew up in her face.
Anyways regales if its all not true or true. 15 yr old girls know they are having sex. There was no RAPE involved in of the cases. I'm sure it was all consensual (which is still weong and should still be in trouble) but no one was HURT!!!! And no he did not resume coaching duties at amador judo after case one so get your story straight Lydia! His parents kept him far away from their business. How dare you accuse someone's parents for their adult child getting in trouble. I hope you have a child that gets in trouble and people accuse for your child's mistakes.
