Livermore Patch Editor received numerous tips from Livermore Patch Facebook readers that there had been police activity Sunday night in the area of Railroad Avenue and N P Street.
Livermore Police Sgt. John Hurd confirmed that police were in the area, investigating a body of a 55-year-old woman found inside of a car.
"She passed away in her car," Hurd said. "There's no indication of a crime. Looks like she died of natural causes."
The coroners' office took possession of the woman's body that night, he said.
