Hostage Scenario "Drill" at Las Positas Community College

"Scenario 4: COLLEGE CAMPUS HOSTAGE RESCUE - at Las Positas Community College sometime between Oct 25-28."

Were the students notified? 

How does the rest of the community feel about the militarization of our police?  

Is the community aware that these "drills" are conducted by federal and non-federal government agencies and organizations, international agencies and organization, and private organizations? This is the same operation ran DURING the Boston Marathon bombing.
