Bring the little ones Saturday March 15, 2014 and join me in a Free Zumba kids class at Cannon Fitness Studio.
It is not as fast as Zumba adult class,
songs are age appropriate and steps are broken down.
Parents come and try the 9 a.m. adult Zumba Class with Javier $7.00 drop in if you want
to get a good workout in too. Don't forget water to hydrate.
