I've been coming to see Cookie for about 5 months and I really feel this is the best nail salon in Livermore. Customer service is just what I need, massages and nail coloring are attentive and thorough. The shop is very clean and quiet (always well ventilated). Prices are low but service isn't cheap quality. Thanks for making me feel so great and pampered, Cookie!
