The long wait is over: Livermore’s new Paragon Outlets open Nov. 8, and the new shopping center is celebrating in style this Thursday and all weekend long. Events launch with a “Champagne and Confetti” ceremony on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by live entertainment, prize drawings and in-store events and sales. Tri-Valley Bank, headquartered in San Ramon, moved its Livermore branch last week. The new location on First Street is close to the heart of downtown across from Donut Wheel. For more about Tri-Valley Bank, visit trivalleybank.com.

Popular fashion chain Forever 21, located in the Stoneridge Shopping Center, will soon move into an enormous 21,000 square foot, two-story mall space. The new Forever 21, which sells affordable trendy clothes geared toward young women, will open around the holidays near Macy’s Women. The center's existing Forever 21 will remain open until then. There always seems to be room for one more frozen yogurt shop: Berry Delight Frozen Yogurt is currently under construction and should open near the holidays next to Kay Jewelers in the Stoneridge Shopping Center.

Caps & Taps, a new beer store and taproom, is set to open in a few weeks in Dublin’s Shops at Tralee. Father-and-son owners and Dublin residents Greg and Brian Lewis say they’ll offer bottled craft beer for purchase as well as 12 rotating beers on tap for customers to enjoy in the shop. “We plan to feature and highlight the booming local craft beer scene by stocking our shelves and our tap lines with beer brewed and bottled here in Northern California,” says co-owner Greg Lewis. Caps & Taps will provide a corking service and light snacks and patrons are invited to bring food from neighboring eateries to eat in the new taproom.

San Ramon diners who were sad to see Incontro move to Danville will soon get some of their favorite Italian restaurant back. According to the most recent Diablo Dish, Incontro’s Gianni Bartoletti has left the award-winning restaurant to open Gianni’s Italian Bistro in Incontro’s original location on San Ramon Valley Boulevard currently occupied by La Finestra. Look for an opening later this year.

A new Togo’s sandwich eatery opens Nov. 19 in Danville’s Town & Country shopping center on San Ramon Valley Boulevard. The 40-year-old Bay Area based chain now has more than 250 locations on the West Coast, including another Danville shop on Camino Tassajara. Learn more at togos.com.

Diablo CrossFit will be opening soon in the Alamo Plaza shopping center. At the new 3,600 square-foot Alamo gym, an offshoot of the popular Diablo CrossFit centers in Pleasant Hill and Martinez, members work out in small classes with coaches to build their strength and endurance. Diablo CrossFit is affiliated with the fitness company CrossFit, with more than 4,000 gyms nationwide specializing in short but intense workouts using equipment ranging from jump ropes to kettlebells.
