First Street Wine Company

If you have not visited First Street Wine Company located at 2211 First Street in Livermore, Tuesday would have been a good night to have gone.  Of course, there are many future opportunities to visit as they are opened Tuesday-Thursday 12-7, Friday 12-9, Saturday 12-7 and Sunday 12-5.  Hosting Tuesday evening with their musical talents were the sweet smooth sounds of Jenny on vocal and the sultry tunes of Tim Gomes as acoustic accompaniment.  They were showstoppers not to be missed.  Jenny belted out a range of jazzy tunes to a standing room only crowd.  The wine was flowing and conversation was bubbling.  It was a beautiful night to be out and about in Livermore.

First Street Wine Company opened in August of 2010.  With hundreds of wines to choose from including a large selection of Livermore Valley wines, owners Mike and Linda Allen have a not to be missed establishment.  Each wine has been hand selected and tasted by Mike Allen.  First Street Wine Company not only offers a large selection of wine but also a wine bar where you can purchase a single glass of wine or you can purchase a bottle to share and leisurely relax while you enjoy their selection of local art and wine country gifts.

First Street Wine Company frequently offers events like the one they had Tuesday night.  They also offer Winemaker Spotlights where winemakers come out for the evening to talk about their wines.  First Street also offers a Wine Club.  First Street Wine Company, another fine Livermore establishment.   If you have not visited First Street Wine Company yet, you must add this to your list of Livermore Wine Country destinations!!!
