Man with Gun at Springtown Inn, several rooms being evacuated

At this time there is a man with a gun in a room at Springtown Inn. Several rooms have been evacuated. SWAT team is on scene.

Call started as 911 call for a 415 (disturbance) and 417 gun, brandishing a firearm.

Police arrived and victim and suspect had returned to their rooms.
