PG&E now says only about 64 customers are affected. It looks like the outage is in the neighborhood just south of Portola school.

At Hillcrest Court south of East Avenue Middle School we had 2 power outages. The one at 11:17 am lasted only for about 3 minutes and power came up again. We experienced another just after 1 pm and the power came back within an hour.

I was getting a cut and color when it went out. No hot dryer to sit under to set the color so sat in the sun in front of the fountain. Got a few strange looks, but what's a girl to do???
