The Amgen Tour of California shone a bright light on Livermore last month as host of the Stage 7 Start on Saturday, May 18.

The Amgen Tour is one of just two road races in the U.S. that are on the international professional cycling calendar, awarding world-ranking points to the top finishers. This is the third consecutive year that Livermore has been an Amgen host city.

Livermore residents provided a warm welcome to the cyclists. Even non-cycling fans turned out to catch a glimpse of the world-class riders.
