Thank You, Mayor Marchand

What a surprise and a pleasure to have Mayor John Marchand come to the house and visit with my Mom, Mildred Clements, on her 100th birthday on Sunday, June 29, 2014.  He presented her with a Congratulations Certificate from the City of Livermore.  He is such a gentleman!  Thank you for spending time with her.
