Has anyone else seen the panhandlers that pose as a family with babies standing at entrances of parking lots recently in Livermore? Is that legal to do with children? I brought them to Cornerstone Church to get assistance for the things they wrote on their cardboard (rent, clothes) but they didn't want the help. This disturbs me. Seen them in front of Richard's too at xmas.
