I have grown so much since the day I moved into Livermore!! At the time I moved to town I was a stay at home mom raising two young boys. Along the way we decided to purchase a home that was a for sale by owner. It was the worst experience we had ever encountered as there was no mediator to resolve the many disputes that kept arising and no one representing us and protecting us to advocate what was lawful and just. The sale almost ended with the seller threatening to cancel the contract. What an awful emotional roller coaster! The contract we were using clearly stated that the seller had an obligation to sell but because we were unrepresented our only recourse would have been legal action. We figured legal action still would not get us the home it would only cause years of legal costs! Well we did finally get the house after so much heart ache. After this awful real estate experience I decided that I wanted to go into the industry and advocate fairness, loyalty & commitment to buyer's and seller's so they could enjoy peace of mind during their real estate transaction. Being ensured that negotiations and the contract would be honored by me in their behalves. I believe I have reached my goal but I am always striving to do better.
