The center fundraises with the annual ArtWalk Livermore, a bi-annual Mardi Gras bash, and now a series of Zydeco dances. Space is available for rental for performances, music parties, art classes and exhibits, open mic events, dance events, music recitals, guitar singalongs, plays and other events with an cultural arts focus. The Bothwell Arts Center is also the managing site for the Bothwell's Downtown Art Studios at 62 So. L Street, the producer of Art Happens and manages the visual art exhibitions at the Bankhead Theater.
