A Passing Winter Storm

Located roughly 50 miles southeast of San Francisco, the Livermore Valley is home to the oldest Wine Country in California. The many micro-climates and gravely soil support 30 varietals of wine grapes spread out over 5,000 acres. Currently undergoing a renaissance, many of the wineries are focusing on wine making in small lots to enhance the flavor and complexity of the wine.
