Polar Bear Slide

Spiral into the new year with a slippery spin down a 22-foot waterslide at the Robert Livermore Community Center.

The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District is holding the seventh annual Polar Bear Slide to welcome the new year with a shivering shock.

Children and adults are invited to join in this FREE and fun winter event. Grab your swimsuit – and a coat – and make a splash rain or shine. In 2011, more than 200 people turned out for the fun.
