First class FREE to anyone new to me! If you have never taken a Zumba class before, don’t worry it’s not a prerequisite! I teach all-level Zumba. The workout is fun, easy to follow, and a complete cardio blast. Get ready to burn an average of 500-750 calories in a 60 minute class. Focus on your feet first and then add in your arms. Verbal cuing is not done in Zumba, so watch for hand signals to change direction/feet. You’ll find the movement/rhythms get easier and easier to follow especially the more regularly you attend class!
