Just in time to beat the summer heat, the construction of CREAM (Cookies Rule Everything Around Me) is complete and the ice cream sandwich shop will soon be opening in the same shopping center formerly home of the Nestle Toll House Cafe, which closed in 2013.

"It took a while but we are finally ready," said owner Peter Michno.
