The school district is number 18 on the list of top workplaces with more than 500 employees
The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District was chosen as one of the top places to work in a recent Bay Area News Group report. The school district is number 18 in the category for large companies, which is defined as having over 500 employees.
According to Bay Area News Group, the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District has 1372 employees. This is the second year the district has won the title.
In order to be nominated, a company must have over 40 employees to qualify for consideration. The annual "Top Workplaces" title is part of the efforts of WorkplaceDynamics to recognize the "best workplaces for employees" within each region of the country.
