Paragon Outlets Livermore is expected to have its grand opening by November 8, 2012. Over 120 premium factory outlet stores, including Coach, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many more will be located at the center. A full list of the stores coming can be found at www.cityoflivermore.net. The stores are expected to hire approximately 2,000 workers by October 2012.

In preparation for upcoming Paragon Outlets job fairs, the City of Livermore and Alameda County Workforce Investment Board have organized workshops on topics covering customer service, interview techniques, resume critiquing, and filling out employment applications. The workshops, which are open to the public, are designed to connect job seekers to resources and information on potential job opportunities at the outlet mall. The workshops will be held at the Livermore Public Library on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, 10am-3pm. All these workshops are offered at no cost to the participants.

Paragon Outlets job fairs will take place in early fall 2012 in Livermore. More information about these job fairs will be available on the City of Livermore website later this summer.

To register for the workshops or for more information, contact Theresa De La Vega at tbdelavega@cityoflivermore.net or (925) 960-4049.

Rafael and his crew do great work, and not just lawn service. He replaced our sprinkler system andRead More sodded two new lawns when we moved into our house. He and his crew have trimmed trees, planted flowers, and even built a new fence and gate. All at a fair price. I can't recommend his services enough.

Kevin and Chris are good guys. They genuinely want to give back and care about introducing as manyRead More kids (young and old) as possible to the incredibly rewarding world of music. I am fortunate enough to have had somebody similar to these guys motivate me to get involved in music when I was a kid. 31 years later, I am still beatin’ on my drums every day. Great job Kev and Chris. Keep it up!
