What's The Oldest Home For Sale In Livermore?

Check out this vintage three-bedroom home built before 1900.

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find that was for sale in Livermore.

This one is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 309 N. Livermore Ave. The one-story Victorian style home was built in 1882.

It sits on a small lot and is 1,452 square feet. The home was listed as selling for $299,000 and indeed it was purchased recently.

You can check out other older nearby homes on Pleasanton Patch and Dublin Patch.

My sister lives in a house built in the 1870's on midcoast Maine. Slightly modernized and cozy!
