Not to mention the HOA dues & the fact that you will not own the land that it sits on. This is yet another example of the over crowding that is planned for Livermore. We will see thousands of Stack & Pack type housing in our neighborhoods very soon. Where are the new citizens going to work? Will They commute? What about the impact to schools & city services?
