The Most Expensive Homes For Sale in The Valley

Check out these large homes in the region with all sorts of amenities

The Bay Area housing market has cooled off along with the fall weather.

In September, the median price as well as home sales in the nine-county Bay Area decreased from the month before.

Both were still up from September 2012, however.

The median price for all types of homes in the Bay Area is now $530,000, about 2 percent less than it was in August.

With that in mind, we thought we'd see what are still some of the most expensive homes for sale in the San Ramon Valley and Tri-Valley.

In Danville, there's this five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 555 Highland Drive that's listed at $3.9 million.

The 5,000-square-foot house sits on three acres. It has a barn, a corral, hardwood floors and French doors.

In Dublin, there's this five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home at 7898 Kelly Canyon Place that's listed at $1.5 million.

The 3,540-square-foot house sits on a quarter of an acre. It has a downstairs bedroom, an upper loft and sunrise views.

In Livermore, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 818 Kalthoff is listed at $2.8 million.

The 4,000-square-foot house sits on 20 acres. It has vineyards, solar pool and distilled well water.
