The Least Expensive Condos, Townhouses for Sale In Livermore

With that in mind, we'd thought we'd try to find the least expensive type of these residential units in the area.

In Livermore, this condo at 4772 Nicol Common has one bedroom with one bath. It is listed at $195,000. The residence, built in 1990, is 610 square feet.
