You know the old saying. They don't make 'em like they used to.
They may or may not be true when it comes to homes, but for some people older houses are simply quainter and more "lived in."
This week, we thought we'd try to find the oldest home for sale in each of our communities.
In Livermore, there's this three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 10366 S. Flynn Road that was built in 1890.
The 1,186-square-foot residence sits on 112 acres. The list price is $1.5 million.
