Livermore Valley Celebrates Flag Day at Concannon Vineyard

Please join Concannon Vineyard and the City of Livermore this Flag Day in honoring our nation's symbol of liberty and freedom. Beginning in 1885, this observance has brought communities together to commemorate Congress's adoption of the Stars and Stripes as the flag of the United States on June 14, 1777.

Enjoy a wine reception in the Concannon Tasting Room prior to the ceremony which will be held in front of the Concannon Flag Pole, first erected by Capt. Joe Concannon, First Cavalry, in 1939.  Conducted by Livermore Vice Mayor, John Marchand, the ceremony will also include a special presentation to Jim Concannon in honor of his father Joe's contributions to our country and community.

Please RSVP by June 10
