It seems also logical to consider the new strip mall for a stop along the way. This will further driver ridership and mall patronage

"offsite parking"? I thought the whole point of having BART on the freeway was that so people could drive there and park.

Bart should not stop in Livermore. Build it straight through to Tracy. That's were the traffic is coming from.

A stop near the outlet would be nice and so would a stop near the Jack in a Box on N. Livermore. Eventually, a stop near Vasco or Greenville, and then out to Tracy. I still wish they had an on and off ramp at Portola.

I think that the Livermore Counsel should consider the plan to have BART End at Greenville Rd along the 580 Freeway, have a stop by Los Positas College, and The New Paragon Outlet Center. That would lesson Traffic along the Altamont Pass, and allow Patrons from the Tracy, Mountain House & Stockton area to have the option to take the Transit.
