Blame it on the alcohol?
Four individuals in a four-block radius -- and in less than 40 minutes -- were arrested early Saturday in downtown Livermore for booze-fueled offenses, according to police records.
A reportedly impaired motorist was picked up at 1:14 a.m. on Second and South J streets, followed soon after by three separate arrests of folks for alleged intoxication and fighting, state records from the Livermore Police Department.
