Teacher Who Pled No Contest to Sex with Minor To Be Sentenced
Marie Johnson will appear in court on Tuesday.
A former Granada High teacher, who pled no contest to having sex with a student, will appear in court on Tuesday for sentencing. Marie Johnson, 42, who pled no contest earlier in May will be at the Hayward Hall of Justice at 9 a.m. on August 13.
On May 14, Johnson was courted-ordered to the Chowchilla State Prison for a 1203.03 diagnostic study report evaluation before her sentencing on Aug. 13.
During her court appearance on May 7, Johnson plead no contest to nine counts of having sex with a student.
