Another deportable deportee.
Cin January 30, 2014 at 12:31 PM
Why don't we just deport automatically? He's going to go through our court system, have his hand slapped and released, why go through the expense? My regards to the child and her family, this is truly awful, however our system is completely flawed.

How about prison then deportation?
Red Arrow January 30, 2014 at 01:26 PM
Maybe if the justice system had castrated him after his first conviction, this offense may not have occurred. The punishment should fit the crime. Instead, we just put them in a "time out" and think they'll learn their lesson. I pray that God will comfort the victim and her family and bring justice to her monster.

I don't understand how some random 71 year-old man is an "aquaintance" of a six year old girl. Perhaps the parents or grandparents, but kids that young do not have "aquaintances" without family involvement.
livermoron January 30, 2014 at 06:20 PM
all this talk of bullets and castration. so many tough guys on this site.
Smitty January 30, 2014 at 06:39 PM
And how do you regard this guy livermoron and what should happen to him? His history and repeat offender status implies that society certainly has not been tough enough on him.
livermoron January 30, 2014 at 06:58 PM
hes a scum bag. look all im saying is people hide behind their avatar. none of you would shoot this man in the head. why advocate it online?

At least we care enough to have a avatar. I say water board this terrorist!!!!! Come on people let's get a giant agree mob going and storm Frankenstein's castle!!!!
Smitty January 30, 2014 at 07:52 PM
Livermoron. This is advocated online because it is an expression of rage. I don't think "hiding behind an avatar" and the idea that perhaps no one here would personally execute this man are germane. Words is all we have right now and personally, when it comes to abusing or mistreating children, I don't think our words can be strong enough.
livermoron January 30, 2014 at 08:03 PM
*words are all we have
Smitty January 30, 2014 at 08:29 PM
True, but please get past the misuse of a singular verb with a plural. It doesn't change the meaning here.
Smitty January 30, 2014 at 08:40 PM
Correction: plural noun.
livermoron January 31, 2014 at 08:26 AM
oh smitty....such rage. you're the toughest guy in here.

If this were your child? I see RED! Praying the Judge won't find in his favor, these offenders are better off in prison. God knows all about it and there will be a judgment day for him. Praying for the victim and family. I know that victims rarely come away unscarred for life. There is NO excuse for abuse! So glad he's taken off the streets and parents please be careful who's allowed around your child/children.
keith patrick brown January 31, 2014 at 12:47 PM
Hey Livermoron you would pull the trigger if it were your child... nobody is trying to be "Tough", I think the appropriate word might be "Frustrated".
Smitty January 31, 2014 at 05:36 PM
Livermoron's odd preoccupation with his "tough guy" thoughts, rather than strongly condemning this molester's behavior, leaves me wondering what his thresh hold of tolerance is for truly reprehensible people like the guy at the center of this situation. For example, in a courtroom, I imagine he would hang the jury in the face of clear evidence of guilt because he would get sidetracked by other juror's justified anger at the accused.
livermoron January 31, 2014 at 09:08 PM
those are tough words smitty.
Smitty January 31, 2014 at 09:54 PM
Surely you can do better than neener neener statements. Come on Livermoron. Put some thought and effort into it.
livermoron January 31, 2014 at 11:16 PM
the fact that i got you to say neener neener is enough. all bs aside....f this scummy peice.
Cin February 01, 2014 at 12:43 AM
Hey Moron in Livermore.....I before E except after C! Couldn't resist!
Smitty February 01, 2014 at 02:43 AM
Thanks for sharing with us Livermoron that there is no evidence of thought and clearly no effort there.
livermoron February 01, 2014 at 01:52 PM
the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence
