The 24-year-old Livermore man arrested on suspicion of shooting and killing Robert Ogden in December was arraigned and charged in court on Monday, according to court documents.
Jacob Kober has been charged with murder and his next court date is scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, when he is expected to have legal representation and enter a plea.
on Jan. 16 and was recently extradited back to California.
He is currently being held at Santa Rita Jail without bail.
The victim, at the Springtown Golf Course by a jogger on the morning of Dec. 29. He had been shot multiple times, officials said.
Kober, a 2006 Granada High graduate, and Ogden were acquaintances, according to Livermore police.
