Its not about being tough, or about if we mean what we say or not. This is about a Man's life that was taken from this world in the worst possible way, by someone who was supossed to be his friend. You obviously had something against Robert to be so harsh Mr. Libertus_rebelium cause this is not the first negitive post I have seen from you. Do you even believe in GOD????? Jacob Kober killed Robert Ogden, tell yourself a thousand fricken times if you have to but He is GUILTY. Shannon, I agree that no one should be killed like Robert was. So unless you were there, and saw what happened then maybe you should quit talking S&#% about Buddy Lee. I don't know if he really did it. I would like to think that he didn't. If he did do it then ask yourself why? I know Buddy Lee very well and his bro's before ho's attitude. None of this makes since. But, the last time I checked, a person was innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. So it's not your place to be informing the world that Buddy Lee is guilty. As of right now it is just an opinion and like ass holes everyone's got one and your mouth has the runs. I am surprised that no one has smashed on you yet like you have wished on Buddy Lee. Were you a friend of Buddy Lee? Would Robert have done the same thing if the situation was reversed. You should really find out the actual facts of the situation before running your mouth like you think you know everything. I know you are all butt hurt and whatever, but seriously, grow up. Robert did a lot of things to a lot of people. He made a lot of people angry at him. It is a shame that he died the way that he did. But Robert knew that it comes that way when you play the game, and Robert was playing the game and being loyal to no one but himself, his habits and his way of life.

Thanks Shannon but I'm very happy. I do believe in God, one that empowered me with a moral compass but free choice. If that god sounds familiar, then I guess these guys had a moral compass and free choice too. That being the case, they turned away from it, made poor choices and paid the price. I do not think it is our social duty to put up with this behavior or show compassion for those that would make victims out of strangers... both these guys did just that. So go ahead and pray for their souls or families or their victims' happiness or whatever. I'll pray they get what is coming to them and we'll see which God answers first.

Second day of Roberts court Roberts Mom, Rene, Jr, and others were there. Jacob kober arrives in REDS!! Chained up looking very upset he seems to not be able to get a lawyer looking worried. Next court date April 4th 9:00am Dept 701. As he happened to walk back in he turned and made eye contact with Roberts mom and she says to him " your shit". He put his head down shook it and went in.

Protective Custody. Basically he is isolated from other inmates and is locked in his cell for 23 hours a day and fed thru a port on his door. The red outfit is an indicator of said status. He is also handcuffed and shackled whenever he is let out.

You people seem to know quite a bit of jail terminology. It's almost like a few of you have been through the system a time or two.
This is very sad and I feel for his family, especially if a child will be without a father. Get your stuff together people or it will be a very long life...

I know there is not much going on in Idaho. I suggest that you grow some potatoes. Maybe you'll earn a few bucks and not depend on the charity of others to help you out. At least I don't have to put up with the pleasure of having you in the court room. You were lucky to make it to Rob's service. Maybe you should go back to school. Education is a good thing and is something that you are obviously lacking. As for court. I didn't see momma pot head say anything to Buddy Lee. Maybe if she got a place to live and quit spending all of her money at her connects house she could think more clearly and get more rest. I know there has got to be some comfort issues with living in a car. I do feel sorry for her. But trying to be a bad ass to Buddy Lee shows her total lack of self respect and class. Not to mention maturity level. I really don't think that she intimidates him much. Maybe she will sick her scrawny stupid little drunk worthless friend Mark on him. I'm sure he has warrants and could easily get a room next to Buddy Lee. I am really trying to feel sympathetic for all of you, but, you are not making it easy. It would be a good idea if you if you'd just shut your face. You don't know what you are talking about and you just look like an idiot.

Rob needed his family ,his mom was rarely there for him had she been there while he was is hs early teens when it counted the most maybe things would of turned out
Different for the poor boy . Always putting her self first consumeded with only self knowin that her son was Going down the wrong road and instead of helping him she pushed him to the streets and left it up to his friends parents to help him and look over him he was a real good guy and will be missed F

Ironically, Rachael is a day late and a dollar short. It is nice that she can pull herself out of the swamp that she calls home and make it to court in her support Rob T-shirt. She is usually so twacked out during court that the uncontrollable perpetual motion kicks in and she turns into Momma Swamp Thing. Maybe if she would have worn that T-shirt while Rob was alive, things might be different now.

Shannon, you are just sowing away aren't you. I bet you can't wait to see what all of your sowing reaps for you. You don't know what your talking about. I didn't hear a jury or a judge say that he is guilty. Momma Swamp Thing showed up with her entourage in court to hear Buddy Lee's plea. But it got pushed to another date. Do you think when he pleas not guilty that she will try to be a bad ass again and lunge at him from the opposite side of the bullet proof partition? Maybe even claim to call him shit out loud this time. Maybe it's just her guilt for being such a bad mother. If he would have been raised better he probably wouldn't have done what ever he did to piss someone off enough to kill him. From what I hear it wasn't Buddy Lee at all. When I walked in the court room that Buddy Lee was already in there. Buddy's mom and grandma were in the front row and Swamp Momma and gang were sitting in the back seats where they couldn't see Buddy Lee. They are like one breathe away from being kicked out of the court proceedings because they try to act all bad ass and gangsta.
