Police Log: Missed Court Date Leads To Weekend In The Pokey

Notable incidents encountered May 13 to 18.

A 38-year-old woman spent her weekend in the no-bail zone at the after failing to appear in court for vehicle violations.

The woman's record shows she failed to appear in court — despite her written promise to do so — for past violations of missing "stoplamps," or brake lights, on a vehicle/trailer and for allegedly driving on a suspended license.

She was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday afternoon by the , and booked at the Dublin jail, with no bail, to await her Monday arraignment at the in Pleasanton, filings state.

Wednesday, May 16

  • Domestic assault reported at 2:39 p.m. along 2500 Railroad Avenue.
  • Violation of a court order reported at 11:10 a.m. on the 2300 block of Fifth Street.
  • An individual reportedly under the influence of controlled substances cited at 9:26 a.m. along 200 North Canyons Parkway.
  • Three car break-ins logged on the 2300 block of Kitty Hawk Road at 8:15 p.m.
  • Warrant arrests made at 4:15 p.m. along 1100 South Livermore Avenue and at 6:45 p.m. on the 900 block of Via Montalvo.
  • Battery reported at 12:43 p.m. along 2700 Collier Canyon Road.

Tuesday, May 15

  • Grand theft of motor parts recorded at 9 a.m. on 2300 Railroad Avenue.
  • Residential burglary reported at 12:45 p.m. on 5300 Charlotte Way.
  • Domestic assaults filed at 2:15 p.m. on the 1100 block of Butte Court, and 3 p.m. along 2300 Fifth Street.
  • Thefts include: 8 a.m. along 600 East Jack London Boulevard; 11:30 a.m. on 2100 First Street; and 4 p.m. along 1800 Second Street.
  • Minor suspected of marijuana possession on school grounds reported at 1:40 p.m. along 2200 Fifth Street.
  • A Hayward man, 44, was arrested for alleged DUI and being under the influence of controlled substances at 10:54 p.m. along 900 Bluebell Drive.
  • Public intoxication arrest made of a Livermore male, 22, at 7:16 p.m. on the 3100 block of East Avenue.

Monday, May 14

  • Car break-ins include: 12:03 a.m. on 3800 Stanford Way; 1 a.m. on 800 Caliente Avenue; and 7 p.m. along 5200 Lenore Avenue.
  • Grand theft from an auto logged at 3 p.m. along 6400 Aspenwood Way.
  • Burglaries reported at 8 a.m. on 7300 Las Positas Road, and 1:19 p.m. on 600 Alden Lane.
  • Domestic assault reported at 9 a.m. along 600 North Livermore Avenue.
  • DUI logged at 1:45 a.m. along 1400 Railroad Avenue.
  • Police obstruction reported on 3800 East Avenue at 5:44 p.m.

Sunday, May 13

  • Arrests for suspected DUIs made of a Livermore woman, 19, at 2:40 a.m. on First Street at Mines Road, and of a Livermore female, 58, at 6:53 p.m. on Walnut Street at Junction Avenue.
  • Car break-ins include: 12:01 a.m. along 3800 East Avenue; 8:35 p.m. on 200 Cambridge Way; 9 p.m. on 400 Wall Street; 9:30 p.m. on 1200 Hansen Road; and 11 p.m. on 500 Sonoma Avenue and 1800 Niagara Drive.
  • Warrant arrest made at 4:38 p.m. along 2300 Chestnut Street.
  • Motorist driving on suspended license cited at 12:47 a.m. along 1500 Third Street.
