Missing Livermore Man Arrested, Facing Arraignment Monday

Robert John Morkowski, missing since May, was found on Saturday, police officials say.

A man missing from Livermore since May, who also had $170,000 bench warrant out for his arrest, was found on Aug. 3, according to Officer Traci Rebiejo.

Rebiejo says not many details were available but that Morkowski, 49, was found by San Francisco Police and was booked into the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin for his warrants on Saturday. 

According to jail records, Morkowski's charges include: 166 (C)(1) of the penal code for violating a court order and penal code section 243 (e)(1) for domestic battery. 

Morkowski is due to be arraigned at the Gale Schenone Hall of justice on Monday at 1:30 p.m.

Morkowski was listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons Database as a missing person and was listed on fugitive.com as having a warrant out for his arrest.
