Her attorney, Elizabeth Grossman, declined to comment on the case.
Johnson faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under 18, oral copulation and committing a lewd act on a child, according to court records.

In a pre-trial hearing on May 2, it was announced by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office that an . Grossman at the time declined to comment on the case and also refused to discuss the offer.
Johnson is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of a $950,000 bail.
Monday's hearing on whether the victim's health and medical records are relevant to the case is scheduled at 2 p.m. in Department 703 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton.
