During the investigation, Miller was found to have property in his possession that had been stolen from vehicles in the neighborhood. Officers also found evidence linking Miller to another residential burglary in the neighborhood. Miller was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on charges of burglary and possession of stolen property.

Miller was also arrested on Saturday after he obstructed/delayed an officer, police said. The arrest occurred after officers had responded to a disturbance, stemming from a party at Miller’s residence on Lambaren Avenue. This was the same disturbance call in which a Livermore Police Officer was attacked and sustained a broken leg.

Miller had been released on bail for his arrest on Saturday, police said.

He is now being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $120,000 bail. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Department 701 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton.
