Officer Roger Johnson came to the Livermore Police Department in May of 1989. He came from Ripon, California PD where he was a police officer for four years and a Reserve Officer for two years.
Roger has served as a patrol officer as well as a Field Training Officer for the department. He has routinely demonstrated professionalism, commitment and strong moral character. In August of 2011, Officer Johnson received a Captain’s Commendation in recognition of his life saving efforts. Officer Johnson is retiring after 23 years of service.
