That's a really racist thing to say. Alcoholism is a disease any person of any color can have. I know plenty of white people that have multiple DUIs. The problem is that the consequences for DUIs are not enough to stop some people. This was a terrible tragedy. So senseless. And making ignorant comments about another human being being a waste of life does nothing to help the problem of people, all sorts of people, driving drunk. We need to have stricter laws, harsher consequences for those who choose to break them, and serious jail time for those who hurt or kill people because of alcohol. People seem to be very ignorant to this alcohol issue. Drunks drink at all hours of the day and night and often think they are ok to drive. It doesn't matter what their heritage is. Alcohol isn't prejudiced.

Sarah you are wrong. The reason people get DUI's is because the legal limit is too low. If they raise it from .08 to .20 then, I believe, the amount of DUI's would go down. And everyone knows Mexicans drink more than any other race, just like African Americans commit more crime and love New Ports, Asians can't drive and love rice, White's pay taxes and shop at the mall. It's in their DNA.

.20, that is crazy, they should lower it, No reason to drink and drive at all, we have plenty of public transportation. No reason to risk someone else's life because you make the poor choice that you think it is okay for you to drive. The penalties are already high enough, many still don't care, we live in a civilization where everyone is selfish only thinking of their interests and if something happens, they quickly look to blame someone else, sad time
