Calling it a Career: Livermore Police Sergeant Retiring

Livermore Police Sgt. Jim Conley retires today, ending a more than 20-year career.

Sgt. Jim Conley retires today after a 27-year career. He spent 22 of those years serving the . Some of the highlights during his tenure as a Livermore officer include solving the 2005 Jackie Cassettari homicide and having a distinguished career as a longtime Narcotics Detective.

Last week, Police Chief Steve Sweeney also announced the retirement of , who spent 27 years with the department.
