Two teens have been arrested in connection with a robbery and a severe physical assault in Livermore earlier this month, police said.
The teens, who are between the ages of 16 and 17, were arrested on suspicion of robbery. One of the teens was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Their identities have not been released because of their ages.

On June 14, officers responded around 3 a.m. to an assault on a jogging path under the Stanley Boulevard Bridge at the corner of Murrieta and Stanley boulevards, according to the Livermore Police Department.
Police said several witnesses called to report a group of males beating another man with sticks and pipes. Officers found the victim on the ground suffering severe body and facial injuries. Police said the victim was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted to the intensive care unit and underwent several surgeries.
On June 19, police, investigating the assault as an attempted homicide, arrested four juvenile males, ages 16 to 17, and one 18-year-old, identified as Livermore resident Michael Watson, in connection with the beating. Police said detectives were also able to link the suspects to a robbery that occurred several hours prior to the assault.
Police said two juveniles remain in custody while the other three suspects were eventually released due to lack of evidence. The victim is recovering from his injuries.
The Livermore Police Department is asking anyone with information about the assault to call (925) 371-4755.

Yup that's me..... I wasn't the one saying things about a human being who deserves to be treated as one, your only concern is that you tax dollars may be helping to pay for his medical and that he was not as fortunate financially as some. Yup, Im making accusations about people.

Mike you can't just say people are trolling when you don't like their opinion. Play by the rules of the interwebs or be forever scorn as a weberwober.

Mike H, and George, How would you feel if it was your family member who was the victim? Would you appreciate rude, callous, and disrespectful comment? It is really sad that there's such a great lack of empathy today. Hopefully, you will never have to live through such an event, but your attitudes are disturbing.
