While Dad At Park With Kids, Burglars Steal $100K in Valuables

While a Livermore man and his children were spending an hour at a nearby park on a Saturday, burglars broke into their home, making off with , including a 150-pound safe, a flat-screen TV they ripped from the wall and Muhammad Ali-signed boxing gloves.

Livermore Costco Evacuated Due to Gas Leak

Shoppers and employees at the business on Independence Drive were evacuated late Wednesday afternoon. One of the freezer compressors had a broken gasket and was leaking freon gas, fire officials said.

'At Risk' Missing Livermore Teen Home Safe

Amanda Crabb, 17, of Livermore and Union City, had been missing for ten days when she was found in Compton. Crabb was returned home to her family in the Bay Area on March 27.
