Tuff Girl Fitness, LLC Has New and Exciting Changes for 2014!

Tuff Girl Fitness, LLC  is focusing on Nutrition and getting results for 2014! Join the Tuff Girl Body Revolution! Get energized, make a change, create a new you by working hard, eating healthy meals and making a positive move in 2014! They have new classes and dynamic programs that will help you build muscle, tone your legs, butt, torch fat and calories and slim your waistline. They provide the accountability and support to help you get there. They have it all! The Body Revolution family at Tuff Girl is waiting for you!

Our Boot Camp inspired classes have changed names, changed focus and are ready to get you even better results than before! That is one thing about Tuff Girl, they are ever-changing to make sure you get the best classes and exercise structure for your body. Their classes are specifically targeted for a goal, a goal that will benefit your overall health- check them out! Monday- Total Body Transformation- Transform your shape and go from not to HOT with our 60-minute workout designed to shape, tone, and tighten and help create an overall epic Body Transformation.

Tuesday- TABATA- TABATA is a form of high intensity interval training and a great way to burn fat. You will dig deep in class and reap the benefits long after you finish.

Wednesday- X-Fit Get ready to sweat! Get ready to build muscle, burn calories and transform your body! This class will support overall fitness, weight loss, endurance, power, balance, strength, core strength and cross-training for marathons, half marathons and mud runs like Tough Mudder or Spartan Beast and 5K Runs.

Thursday- Cardio X Enjoy a non-stop heart pumping cardio workout. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind. We add some kickboxing moves too to kick your heart rate up a level and tone.

Friday- Circuit Fusion Hit every muscle group and work your core as you burn calories transitioning through stations of different fitness equipment including BOSU® , TRX, Lebert Equalizers, Wall Balls, Body Bars, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, and MUCH MORE!

Saturday- Kettlebell Conditioning It’s the next level of training and a GET RESULTS class! Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when this dumbbell workout is combined with Kettlebells. Kettlebells create a more efficient and effective workout than many other forms of training out there. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

They also have POUND-Rockout.Workout classes! Pound is 45 minute full body workout where you use drumsticks and drum along to HOT soundtracks for a great fat-burning, full body interval workout. Our POUND-Rockout.Workout.Classes are Monday-Thursday 7:30pm-8:15pm and Saturday 8:30am-9:15am
