Rude, Loud and Inconsiderate Harley Rider At 403 Junction Avenue Apartments

We are constantly being waken up by a man riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle at the Tradewinds Apartments at 403 Junction Avenue in Livermore, California.

I know that the manager of the apartment complex has talked to the person, who may reside in Apartment #202 and that this has done nothing to alleviate the problems that even his neighbors in the apartments next to the gate they exit from as well as the rest of the neighborhood along Junction Avenue endure routinely at 3:30am.

This rider and their vehicle are in violation of Livermore Municipal Code, Section 9.36.40 and we will be looking into bringing a nuisance suit against this person, who may be listed in the apartment directory under the name "Trevor".

Since we know that the mayor and the city government do read parts of the pages of Livermore Patch, we would like to bring this matter to their attention and ask if the city could also intervene where the apartment complex management has apparently failed.
