Lack of medical care!

I have recently moved to Livermore from Folsom,ca . My wife and I are astounded by the complete lack of health care in Livermore! There is one urgent care and no hospital for almost 90,000 residents? I have seen nothing on the city council agenda's where they even address the lack of health care, but they are considering adding another 32 acres of residential on the north side of Livermore!
